What do you need to ask for a mortgage?

1.jpg

These are some of the most important requirements that the bank will ask us for when we request a mortgage:

Savings greater than 30% the price of the house: Even though banks take care of a big part of a home's cost, they don't finance all of it.

A steady job: To emit confidence and make sure that we'll be able to pay the mortgage, we have to have an indefinite contract and a little bit old if it's possible.

A guarantee: It is very likely that the bank will ask us for a guarantee in case we couldn't afford the payment. This guarantee is someone or something that would respond in our names and in our non-payment's names. In a lot of occasions this guarantee is our family or any other possessions we have.

Documentation: We have to have all our papers in force and the documentation that is most likely we'll be asked for:

- Our NIF or NIE in force.

- Our working life updated.

- Our most recent PIT declaration.

- Our latest months bank statement

- The deeds of all the possessions we have.

- The latest payed bills for the loans we have

- Our rent contract and the latest bills if we're currently living in a rented house.

- Other deposits or rents' receipt

From Agenthia we want to give you advice and help you in all these processes, please don't doubt to contact us; we are at your disposal! Thank you for your trust.
