The Real Property Tax

This tax must be paid when you own a property of any type. The amount to be paid is calculated based on the value of the cadastre and it's usually about 475€ per year for each property.

The minimum supplies

If you want to have discharged minimum supplies, such as water, electricity and gas, even if they are not used they have a minimum cost valued at around 540€ per year.

The home insurance

The amount of the insurance depends on what you want to insure. It's recommended to hire one of minimum services that does not exceed 200€ per year.

The maintenance

Maintaining a house in good condition while no one lives there is not mandatory, but it's true that this will avoid large costs of blow if you suddenly had to make important repairs.

The community

In neighbourhood communities there are always incidentals: you have to repair the elevator, pay the doorman, make renovations... that's why the money that goes to it ends up being the highest of all costs.
