Real estate recycling: what does it consist of?

We are already used to the term recycling. We give a second life to the materials we throw away, but how can recycling be applied to real estate?

As in any construction project, the first step is the creation of an action plan. Real estate recycling does not mean equipping these places with renewable materials or rebuilding them with recycled materials. It simply means giving a new life to the place. So far there are cases of people who have adapted churches, farms, garages, workshops, industrial buildings into fully functional housing with the right conditions to live in them. In some cases these sites have been refurbished to give place to co-working offices, startups, art galleries, etc.
