What expenses will result in the purchase of a home?

1. Notary
The consumer has the option to choose the notary, even though <strong>the cost is fixed by law. </strong> Therefore, the rate applied by the notary will depend on the value of the property.
2. Register
The costs of this include <strong>two procedures: </strong>

3. Management

4. Taxes
- <strong>If the house is new, two taxes must be paid</strong>. Firstly, <strong>VAT</strong>, equivalent to <strong>10%</strong> of the value of the house.
