How to cope with the heat in summer

  • Hot hours: When temperatures are higher, protect your home. You can close the windows and use exterior curtains, blinds, etc.
  • Garden: If you have a garden or outdoor space, incorporate vegetation or deciduous trees. The combination of shaded and sunny areas will encourage air movement.
  • Turn off appliances: Try unplugging appliances that you are not using.
  • Use light colours: Try using light colours for decoration as they absorb less light.
  • Use cotton for bed linen: It will give you a fresher sensation and avoid synthetic fabrics.
