Holiday renting: is it profitable?

This increasing of the holiday renting demand finds its explanation in its many advantages. Some of them are:

• Its higher profitability.
• Its higher ease and speed for renting.
• The demand for this renting is increasing.

Nevertheless, we also find some disadvantages:

• It requires so much time and dedication in comparison of the long-term renting.
• It is more unstable and insecure, because it depends a lot on the current demand.
• Obtaining its requirements is complicated.
• The maximum period of time allowed in this renting is 31 days.

According to a recent survey, 80% of the holiday renting landlords believes that this way of renting is worthy than residential renting. Furthermore, 2 of 3 calculate that with holiday renting they obtain between a 5% and 15% more of income.

To sum up, the majority of landlords prefer the high profitability of holiday renting, although it requires more time and dedication.
